I love that your tire carrier still gives you visibility out the rear. I'm not capable of building my own; wish I could find one that doesn't put the tire squarely in the center of the hatch...

Thanks, I like the offset too. That's actually a Warn tire carrier bumper. I came across it used for a good price and snatched it up. Only gripe I have about it is the center vertical carrier beam hits the rear wiper and factory license plate bracket. So I notched it out to clear them.
Thanks man, I think they look better on xj's than wranglers. Got to modify and install my sliders and lower quarter armor then its gonna be slow going for a while. I'm gonna start saving for new axles. Plus I promised my daughter an XJ so I got to start looking into finding another one.
My wife has a 2002 trailblazer we bought new... Just hit 202,000 miles and still running strong.
Other than its on its 3rd water pump no complaints...just did a good tuneup on it, new shocks and struts, changed a few sensors just for the it's about time measure and hopefully it is good for another 50k

Congrats on the trailblazer longevity we love ours and have had zero serious issues. I've heard the water pumps have been a problem. I just ordered all the parts to refresh the suspension. Also picked up a water pump I'm going to put in while I'm at it.
Update on the tire carrier. Found out the rearview is almost useless, but the Heep rides way better with the extra weight back there. Was planning on getting shackle relocators, but think I may hold off for a while.
Subbed. Love the build. Only problem I can see is that yo gave me some ideas that I can't afford
I've just been lucky at finding good deals. Plus I saved for two years before I lifted it. Every time the ole pickle jar gets full I cash it in and buy parts.
