In a few weeks maybe. I'm taking the family to the beach next week so my funds are tapped at the moment.

Just set up a deal on a lunchbox locker for my D30. Gonna pick it up soon as I get back in town.

Not yet. I'm still looking for that unicorn Cherokee D44. If I don't find one before I re-gear I'm going with the tru-trac. Open diffs on both axles suck. You have to be a little more selective about your plan of attack when wheelin

so we will be opposites, I'll have a locked rear and truetrac front and you'll have a locked front and truetrac rear. When I went to gulches the first time 4wd was very helpful, the second time I went 2wd got me pretty much anywhere I wanted till it started raining. I'll have to go again after gears and front true trac.

Haha yup. I really need a locker, my rig flexes awesomely, but I still find myself getting hung up cause of the open diffs. Most times I can adjust my path or use more skinny pedal. I'd rather crawl though.

Mainly at an access road at a local dam. You can't technically 'wheel" there but it is public access for fishing and boat recreation. Long as no one acts stupid you can have a good time np. There used to be a few more river and resivour access roads till dumbasses got them shut down due to leaving trash everywhere. There is also a good bit of trails behind the shop where I work.

Picked up a Lock-Right with new spring and pin kit and cross pin for my D30 from SatiricalHen last weekend. Also just ordered an AP high flow cat from scamazon last night.

With the new parts I'm now up to a locker, XJwonders upgrade battery cables, headlight upgrade wiring harness, full exhaust, sliders, roof rack, and factory door tweets that need to be installed. As well as finish wiring up my passenger seat so everyone doesn't have to sit at a 90* angle. I gotta get off my *** and get some work done! Hope to get all the parts on and the garage cleaned so I can possibly do the monstaliner in the early fall when temps. will be just right.

let me know how that high flow cat goes, been thinking about getting one and getting that pinch out of the pipe too. I feel ya on the parts adding up. Seems like more parts just keep rolling in. Out of town all this week on work even though I was supposed to be in town, vacation over this weekend with the family, then they'll most likely send me out of town with work next week. By the time I'm actually home I won't even want to do a thing to my jeep.

Will do. I was looking into the thunderbolt cat. but read that the AP was better for OBD2 systems. Hope to get at least the exhaust done next weekend.

Just wait till you have a wife and kids. Seems like every weekend I'm either tied up with work or family obligations. I've only had time for routine maintenance for about the last year.

that's why you get your wife and kids to work on the jeep. Then you get more done faster haha

The kids love to help out, the Mrs. not so much. I constantly get the "You spent how much!?!?!?" talk. She just doesn't understand the Jeep thing. LOL
