I ripped it apart to fix the dent.

Then I bondoed.

Then I decided to go to the JY and get a new fender instead. I got a red one and spray bombed it for now.

I will do a better paint job later... Maybe.
And for the GRAND FINALE. A gauge cluster swap with the odometer set correctly. YEAH

I even swapped out the gayish gray faceplate with the black one from my old cluster. I eventually plan to wire an LED to the tach from the shift indicator in the corner of the panel. I would just like it there better. I definitely recommend this for anyone with the idiot lights although I still need to swap in the new temp and oil pressure sensors.

Forgot to show a before pic of the fender. It doesnt show all the damage. There was also a bad creased piece up at the top you can almost sort of see it in the photo. Also the front had a battery acid mark on it that looked pretty bad.

I don't do much so I have to update for every little thing. First of all I have been working on my cruise control and still havent gotten it fixed. Second of all I bought some interior parts at the JY including new door jam panels to replace my busted ones, 97+ door limiting straps with the rubber stopper, and these cool armrests. I didnt like the old ones because they were really busted. These are much more durable. The only thing that you have to do to put these ones in is to remove the clip from the JY jeep that holds the upper section on. It has the hole for the installation of the clip from the factory.

I really like the fact that they are darker gray because it matches my two tone seats.
Also an overall interior pic showing everything I have done since I bought it on the inside. Seats, armrests, stereo, dash surround, gauge cluster, horn button, cup holder, and good floormats.

That interior looks great. How inconvinient are the grand cherokee seats in the 2door for getting in the back? I was thinking about putting a set in mine. Nice job on the roof repair too.
