Had to drill out the knuckles and pitman arm to 7/8 for the tapered inserts. The knuckles drilled fairly easy. The pitman arm on the other hand was the most rediculous toughest thing I've ever drilled. Ended up breaking a 7/8 drill bit halfway through and they cost 40 something bucks.

After I was done I lined it up the best I could with a tape measures then drove it down to firestone to have a real alignment done.

Next up was to regearing the front axle. I had an offroad shop near me do it. They gave me a real good deal on a set of Yukon 4.88's, master install kit, new carrier, lock-right locker, and 760 u-joint shafts for the front axle.

Since I had about 500 miles on the 8.8 and it was time to change the fluid and the front axle had a lock-right in it I got one for the back.

Next I replaced the transmission mount with an OE replacement from NAPA.

It had a little bit of a slam when I went from park to reverse or drive and it felt the same after I replaced the trans mount so I took a look at the motor mounts and found the problem.
