Dang man, do work! How do you even find time to post all this stuff up? lol! Few questions about your floor replacement how thick is the metal your fixing your floors with? What type or welder are you using for that?

Got a 4x8 ft sheet of 14 gauge and two 10 foot pieces of 3/16 strip 6 in wide from the local steel yard. This is Probly way more than I need but I can use the leftover for future projects.

Haha this stuff was previously done. I'm trying to get this build up to date but its taking forever cause I'm doin it from my phone. Today I'm welding in some of my rear floor so I'm almost up to date with the thread. Front pans are from classic to current not sure how thick they are. I would Probly say around 18 gauge. Cargo area is gonna be 14 Guage that I cut out of the big sheet I picked up. All getting welded in with my hobart 140.

Cut a piece of the 3/16 for the rear most part of the cargo floor it will tie the spring hangers together and hopefully be pretty strong. I'm kind of using armyguy96's build for a guide for this.

A piece of 14 gauge cut to fit in front of the 3/16 plate. I used a big piece of cardboard to make a templates first.

Well before I could weld those in I had to address this Damn frame rot issue and the hole for the fuel filler tubes was rotted away. Nothings ever easy.

So I bought a cheapo sheet metal brake from harbor frieght and started making a piece to fix it.
