Pictures of snorkel install
Pictures in order of how I did it to install the snorkel
Attached the 90* to the stock airbox with drywall skews - Rtv sealed everything, all the wholes and the drain wholes and the screws inside and out. (not pictured)

Removed the stock washer-fluid pump and took the wiring about of the bundle,, just to be able to hide the wiring later and look nicer/ easier to work with

The hose has a very loose fitting ends so I cut it like this and then banded it. I used 100% silicone the all weather stuff..so hot/cold/water/age wont affect it like the normal silicone.

Next I drilled the whole for the airbox to 90* hose connector area

Put the template up, check, check, rechecked, check again, and then went for it. Took a few tries but think I lined it up perfectly.

Tried putting in the 95 washerfliud tank..but It was about 2" too tall.

I stater about 7 and ended at about 10. There was a LOT of bs time spent trying to fix stupid mistakes of me not thinking ahead. I pretty winged the whole thing. So here's the only picture of it I have right now. Sorry its a night shot. I was ready to go home and I was really tired and I forgot too. haha

So the tank I got was too big

But if you cut it in half about 2.5" down from the top and cut up the corner of one side and if it into its self it fits perfectly into its self and fits great into the bay.

Yeah, LOL, paining the box took away your ability to see how much fluid.
I was thinking of getting one of those cheap snorkels. It would be purely for looks as my days of crossing windshield level waters are over... unless the Zombie Apocolypse does come. lol.
Other than the loose saggy hose, were there any other issues installing the snorkel?
And yeah, I bedlined my jeep like yours, then in front of the doors went full on frontal. I chose to do that because I ordered a lund visor because i wanted one, and then I realized... "Ill never match the color, ohh... **** it. BEDLINER!!!" lol. Looks good. Seems like your build has had about the same **** to deal with as mine. Still need to do a build thread, tho...
Good luck and keep us posted.

Well I changed my oil today and put in new rotors/pads. (125$)
My oil was very sluggy and kinda milkly. I think my headgasket is bad.
trying to think positive here.
I put in 5w40 In and my lifters are as quite as can be.
and it seems to start up better.
I got a comprssion tester to test it, Here come Friday. We'll see. :/ I think its bad between 1 & 2.
