Today after paintball practice I should be going to pick up my new tow rig project! 73 f100, 302 v8, 4 speed, no bed so I'm going to build a flatbed, and only has 78,000 original miles! Hopefully it's in as good of shape as it looks online and as the guy says

Truck only has 58,000 miles on it! I got it yesterday. Needs some work especially the wiring, but it runs great! It used to have a dump bed on it so it has thicker springs in the rear which makes it great for the purpose I got it for. Flat bed here I come!

Well, some sad news....I've decided to retire this XJ. When I returned from my 3 months of being gone, it sat, and more problems have grown. I added up the total cost to finish this thing and it's going to cost me nearly 2k. I will be robbing the parts off of it, parting out what I can, and scrapping the rest. However, I am going to pick up my new Cherokee tomorrow. 93, 4.0L, 5 speed, 180,000 miles, 4.5 lift kit, 35's, runs like a champ. Plans are to keep it mild for now until I can afford to live again and get a new job. Price for this gem, 1 1973 F-100. I'll be posting a new build thread once I get it.

Same axles, full width Dana 44 and HD AMC 20, long arms with custom built ends using builder ***** and threaded rod. 37/12.50r16.5 military good years, custom built steering, 4.5 springs and 1.5 coil spacers, 4.5 full springs and 1.5 shackle, and I installed new fenders because I was tired of the chopped up crap haha it will be getting new front doors, a winch bumper once I build it, and I'm thinking about finding an mj bed and cutting out all the sheet metal behind the back seat, and sectioning part of it and welding the bed where the sheet metal used to be. Beadlocks to come and a ton of engine and cosmetics work to come. I'll get more pictures soon

Winch bumper is almost done, banjo bolts will be here Thursday which means it'll have brakes again, got it started on Monday (finally!!!), have to install front driveshaft and transfer case spacer, and install taillights. Then it'll be "done"! Other than paint.

There will be a stinger and more tube to protect the winch. (Pay no attention to all the welds, it's built out of scrap 1/4in and is currently being ground smooth)
