Thanks man. He's a very protective dog. Our neighbors have a really big dog and it came outside yesterday and he came and laid in front of me and started growling. I attached a picture of it. We'll find out tomorrow how he feels about trail riding haha

Just read the entire thread from page one. This is probably the meanest jeep I have ever seen!!! I love it! I really wanna chop top mine but it's a ZJ so I'm not it would look quite as mean. Can't wait to see it sittin on the new axles and 37's. Cage is really sharp too. Keep the updates coming!

Oh and do you still have the same engine in there? I remember you saying it had 333,000 on it when you bought it. If so I was wondering how many you have now. And is bad smell the only problem with the engine so far besides the trans? As mine has 315,000 and was wondering if I had much life left in it.

I bought it with a little less than 233,xxx on it and it now has 320,xxx but after tonight, I'm thinking SBC or diesel. I took her wheeling and I spent more times getting stalled out and then the tranny was basically shifting reverse how it should be

So I busted a front axle shaft and can't afford a new one yet so I reswapped the Dana 30 and 8.8 back in temporarily so I could go play with some friends from high school. Didn't get any during pics but the first two are after pics the next day and the third pic is jack (the new Shepard) "helping" me work on my Jeep aka not letting me get back up after a couple minute break (95 degree temp with heat index of 104 kind of sucks....) anyways I'm trying to make some money to rebuild the front axle and I'll post pics when I work on it again

That works, but it is like a 4" or so stretch. You would have to cut more, and get a rear driveshaft from a ZJ.

No problem man! If you wheel some tight twisty trails, I would not do it. But if you don't, and have lots of hill climbs, I would do it.
