Good to know man. Keep us updated man, I'm really interested to know. I'd like as much cooling as I can get away with without it being a detriment to transmission performance... we all know how hot that trans tunnel gets

All mounted up. Few changes going on here - installed the ACOS up front and also swapped to some Metalcloak 3.5" coils, antirock, and went with 1 ton TREs for the steering. Long time coming, but this thing may actually be capable of being outside of the garage by the weekend.

I thought you had painted your axles a grey-ish silver at one point. Why the change?

No change, they are still the iron color. Just the shadow in the garage making them look black. Steering and long arms also the same color.

Compared to the rest of the EXTREMELY CLEAN undercarriage yeah...I could see that ;-)

For most of us that's just camouflaged into the surface rust/dried mud of every other part down there.

Looking very nice like normal. Glad to see it almost driveable again. I think it time to update your signature though.

I'm noticing a lack of pitman arm in that steering brace pic.. also appears to be a lack of splines on that output shaft. Would you perhaps be doing full hydro?

Pitman arm is there. Actually replaced it with a new one from Barnes 4x4. This one is longer to match the length of the high steer arm and also already reamed for a high angle 1 ton TRE. What you're probably looking at is the shiny new pitman arm nut used for the support brace

Haha.... I think the skid/winch plate / steering brace is just throwing me off completely.
