That Monstaliner looks so good! Can you give a brief explanation of your application process? (Surface prep, primer, paint, application method) Thanks.

Scuff and clean/degrease the surface. Apply primer with a roller/brush. I use the Universal Auto primer that Monstaliner sells. Next roll on the first coat of monstaliner with their provided rollers. Lay on the first coat really heavy. Wait a couple hours depending on the conditions and apply a second lighter coat. After roughly 15 min you go over the 2nd coat with the roller, but don't add any more material. This is if you want it be more textured similar to a spray. Reroll is optional if you prefer a smoother look. Then just let it cure for 24-48 hours. About 18 hours in give it a light water mist with a spray bottle to help the curing process. Overall the stuff is VERY easy to use and almost impossible to screw up I'd say.

Figured I'd give you guys the early heads up in case any of you wanted one since the limited releases tend to go quickly. Dropping the latest creation in the morning. These took a substantial amount of work to get right compared to past hats. Well worth it though imo.

Thanks guys, really do appreciate it
Yeah we did some flexfits in some other designs previously. I have been trying to make this one work on a flexfit, but it's proving to be more difficult. The embroidery doesn't come out quite right on the flexfit with the flag. Not giving up though! Going to try everything I can to make it work because I want one myself lol
