Went out wheeling today with my buddy Al and his H3 on 40s haha had a good time and on the way home picked up some new yellow tops to replace my dead red tops.

We are pretty close in ability but this is the first trip for him that wasn't just a short test run. I did go over a few things much easier than he did though lol. His coilovers are way to soft and were really hurting his abilitys. It is fun being able to do everything a rig on forties can lol

 

Wow! Sick build man. I love all the fabbing that you've done. I'm guessing you're using a mig welder? I'm trying to teach myself with an old stick welder. I'm progressing slowly haha. Nicest ZJ I've seen thus far though

 

Thanks a bunch man!! Yea I'm using a Lincoln mig welder for most everything but I really need a 220v for future projects.

Got a sweet box of parts today from Ironman4x4fab!!! Yukon chromos and Yukon super joints and a ruff stuff diff cover powder coated ironman blue!

 

Went out this weekend with a few buddies and had a blast and broke another set of mile marker hubs. I switched over to warns so we shall see how they hold up.

Went out to the uwharrie fall ohv jamboree. Blew up yet another mile marker hub and pretzeled my rear ds. I broke it coming up the hard line near the top of Daniel. I winched up the rest then drove it out and trailered it home.

New shaft ships out tomorrow.

I also warrantied out those **** mile marker hubs and yet again paid the difference to upgrade this time to warn premiums. Now I can warranty out all my hubs I have 3 spare premiums in my Zj at all times.

I got my new rear drive shaft yesterday and got it installed at about 8pm some buddies of mine called and wanted me to join them at uwharrie so I loaded up the jeep and headed out. We went to Kodak rock had fun for a bit while we waited on a few more to show up. After that I decided to do the hard line up Kodak before we kept going. That was a bad idea I came down on my brand new ds and broke it into 2 equal pieces. My brand new 4 hour old ds is now trash.
