That should be a flag nut. Try rockauto.com

Fixed the flag but issue by welding a new nut to it. Next problem is this:

I cut the track bar out and this part is stuck in the bracket and won't come out. I've tried air hammer, bfh, heat, and nothing has worked

You may need to cut it down as low as you can and drill it out from the bottom. Did your new track bar come with a new bracket?

Nope. I need to reuse this bracket. I'm going to try a ball joint press on it and if that doesnt work then I'll cut and drill it. Really wish I had access to a plasma cutter

Ball joint press worked. Just gotta finish the rear shock and tighten everything up. Then I'll pull it out of the garage and take some pics

Well the lift is in. Need to drive it to check for vibes. Rustys 4.5 spring kit. Now I need some cheap 35s and some new wheels. 30 look tiny haha

Your attachments don't work. Include them right in your post.

You'll have to trim to run 35's on 4.5".
