You may need to cut it down as low as you can and drill it out from the bottom. Did your new track bar come with a new bracket?

Well the lift is in. Need to drive it to check for vibes. Rustys 4.5 spring kit. Now I need some cheap 35s and some new wheels. 30 look tiny haha

You'll have to trim to run 35's on 4.5".
