What did you use to get everything so clean? (axles, shafts, chassis, etc.)

Looks poetry good too. Any action shots?

Default Brake Proportional Valve mod

Finally got myself to work on the proportional valve.

Didn't work out what i expected.
Beside having a shorter spring from the ZJ's, the shaft/piston was a hairline bigger.
I'm not sure if i have a bad ZJ's O-rings but it was leaking like a sieve.

I just replaced my XJ's spring with ZJ's......works like a charm.
Took for a test drive, WOW! Braking power has improved by aleast 50%, i strongly recommend replacing with ZJ's spring if and only if when you do a rear disc brake upgrade.

Cant say there is a world of difference (1/4 turn adjustment) but steering feel a bit tighter now.

Does this adjust how far the wheel turns each way?

I am only getting 1 3/4 one way and 1 the other from the steering wheel being centered???

No.

If your wheels are turning full both side and is just the steering wheel not centered....look into adjusting your draglink.
Otherwise, it could be your steering gear box/steering shaft or steering gear box/pitman arm being off (if that is someone has replace, rebuilt any of these parts).
Your best bet is to start a thread at OEM to get some better advice.

Wish i could be of more help.
GL.

Damn you are patient! Very informative. Done a few lifts and it's always fun to read again and again.

When I did my lift, I wish I would have gone as slow and cleaned everything. Bravo!

So one question on the bumper. First off congrats on keeping it in perfect shape

Did you put some sort of rubber trim on the sides?

And for the APN headers how are they holding up? Any difference against the rusted crack ones? (mpg, noise, power) if any
I'm thinking bout investing in those after seeing this thread

Thx!
I used some door trim on the sides....oh, don't forget the sticker for some "custom" look .

As far as the APN, other than smoothing out the idle i didn't notice much in mpg nor power but bear in mind my stock manifold wasn't really in that of a bad shape except a small little crack.

You might want to consider these and save yourself a few pennies...
