Got the Cherokee about a month ago:

 

Sanded down the rust issues on the bumpers and sliders plus installed a tire carrier and new led lights on the front.

The prior owner tore out the inside interior and installed a full role cage as well as the backseat removed.

This will be a good work in progress, wish me luck!!!!

Fender Flares are pretty cool, Any idea what they are?

 

They are nice but I'm seeing hairline cracks on them after them being on the XJ for quite some time.
