Installing The Cav Fab Cross Member

Maybe Overkill On The Torque, But The Bolts Should Be Able To Handle It.

1/2" 13 Tap

20mm High Carbon Hole Saw
19mm would have worked a bit better.

Used The Crush Sleeve As A Guide
These holes had to be drilled up at an angle to clear the inner frame rail.
Cav Fab should really extend these brackets at least another 1/2"

Some Quick Undercoat And Paint

These will be welded in when the frame stiffeners go on.

I'm Not Quite Sure How I Ended Up With Two Washers On This Side....

This is (hopefully) the last of the major work until next summer.

I'm still looking for a Dana 44 Rear Axle.
Also Looking Out For A Replacement Motor To Start A Stroker Build!

Really nice.
It was a tough decision, but I thought these would fit best with the chrome header panel and bumper.
Soon I will be doing a carbon heat wrap mod to keep the snow from building up on them.
