with the help of some friends from the local jeep club and my buddys shop heres my new lift install went from blocks and pucks to 4.5 rough country and had them replace the add a leaf with the full leaf pack

when i first bought my jeep

with old lift

what the ups man brought me

the start

new lower control arms

new shocks and springs

had to cut leaf spring off the weld broke off the nut and couldnt get bolt out


new leaf springs u bolts and rear shocks

front complete

rear complete

jeep complete

i got it mounted with a 4x4 rack made for it and that is bolted to the hood ill post a better pic of it

high-lift mount

the bolts are press in and have a hole drilled out for a lock

Is it hard to see with it there? Seems to sit pretty high off the hood.

Nice xj, I have yet to see a farm jack mounted on the hood.... but its pretty cool.

Lift looks great..Is the hood still easy to open with the jack mounted?

looking good! but again, is it hard to see with it up there? i have the same racking system(but mounted on my bumper) and its pretty tall

no it sits good up there not to high up i can see just fine and im short lol
