Do you ever feel the need to cover your hood vents?

 

no, they seem to be working fine open like they are. i have considered building a drain plate just to direct the water away from the intake sensors and the ignition. but, it hasnt given me any problems yet.

 

either have mine - once I sealed all the connections with dielectric grease that is...

didnt read whole but the 8.8 is strong enought for 1000+ race cars it should be fien for u a nice set of shafts goes along way ik it lasts in my mustang taking the beating of its life and thats an older 4 lug version... i wouldnt leave a 8.8 stock tho broke the ring gear twice in my brothers truck on 37s 2 shafts and the carrier once but thats also with 400hp...
