started painting the jcr quarter guards going about it slowly since i dont have the lights yet and wont for a while cause money is tight....went through the wiring in the rear of the jeep looking for my issue found nothing so it just leaves ripping the dash out which will be done when my gf gets her xj back and ill drive her escort
....
but other than that been making plans for my baby and doing research on my np241or swap and JB Conversions has the 32spline 1310 yokes i need x2 and the 4wd selector switch if i want my gauge cluster to tell me im in 4wd and apparently i can use an automatic front driveshaft in the rear and be perfectly fine will just need to figure out what ill have to use when i 5-speed swap over the winter...

That's a nice lookin XJ!! I just bought myself a '99 Classic with the NP242 tcase. I've been considering swapping my 4.5" lift from my '86 onto the new one, but I have concerns regarding the rear ds. Did you have to hack n' tap yours and/or put a different rear ds under it?
