Default ProJect Double Tap XJ

Last October I found the 2nd love of my Life. A stock as a rock 99 2-Door, 5-speed, 4x4, All Black interior, Power everything, Keyless entry, etc. I bought it with lot's of small plans.

I kept having this image in my head of how I wanted my XJ to look. After a small lift and some other work, This is what I have now. I took it to rod run in pigeon forge TN and it got a lot of looks, pics taken and comments. I gotta say I love it. Also swapped in 3.55 diffs when I lifted it. 3.07's suck.

I won it from ebay. It was the large one made for truck windows. I had some excess. I covered my front park lights with the excess. Looks awesome.

It was a 100 dollar window graphic. I won the auction for 31 bucks free shipping. I was pumped.

I powdercoated it myself. It was chrome looking before I powdered it. The Biohazard symbol I also powercoated. All my custom end caps I made from plain aluminum then powdered them.

The original Zombie Response XJ.

Rule #2 across the windshield. DoubleTap

Custom made from scratch aluminum bumper caps with custom powdercoated Biohazard symbols, I have both Kentucky and U.S. zombie hunting permits.

My two weapons of choice are a Tactical Mathews Heli-M 70 pound bow. I can perform headshots right between the eyes at 50 yards. Never run out of ammo either.

My custom Tactical Ruger 10/22. 5 high capacity mags. I'm ready.

Refer to my Sig for a very important Rule.

For as often as I see your cubby box thread, I can't believe I've never seen THIS one. Quite different from the black (?) one you had before. Looks good man.

It's all changed up now. No camo, No Zombie stuff. Too many people started doing Zombie response stuff so I stopped. I do that. I'll be into something until everyone does it then I'll stop. I was the first that the got the Zombie response stuff going.

Here's the XJ now. Got more plans. Gonna take the front on up to 4.5" lift. It's got about 4.25 on the rear and 3.5" in the front. Gonna get a stinger bar. Adding a 42" or 50" light bar soon. Will prolly flush mount one in the front bumper also not sure.

Also going to redo all my bedliner with Raptor liner kit. That stuff is sexy. Just gotta find the time. Business is busy right now. Spring time holds a lot of work.

I got some Napier flares I'm going to put on there in the spring also. I like the clean look also. Up in the air about it. Here was a test fit.

I actually got rid of the dark blue one sept of 2011. Found out the floors was gone in it magically. Got a turbo'd Prelude out of it. Spent that whole next month on Craiglist looking for a 2 door 5 speed. Finally found one went and checked it out and bought it. Love it.

I want a 4 door 5 speed now. Gonna get another XJ soon.
