Project 'Ding King' 2 Door XJ Build
sorry i have been busy the last couple of days...well overall im inpressed with this lift, with or without the sway bars hooked up its a pretty good ride, other than the fact that it rides like a wrangler and the 2.2 shocks are loud as hell i like it, and it flexes nice and smooth, i still have a few kinks with the steering to work out still (lots of play and i have to do the alignment)
when i finished the lift i had leaky brake lines and a few stuck bleeders so i replaced the wheel cylinders and one of the calipers (ill be replacing the other one soon) but here are some pics for waiting so long haha
back in the carport to replace the brakes after everything got picked up

brought it to my old job to get an inspection (passed with no mirrors and no seats haha) (thank god for connections)

then i brought it to my flex spot to see how it did and check for any binding

i want to make a sunroof for mine.. just throwing this out thier. i don't know how i'd do it but it'd be cool to have someone do it. i can't find write up's for it but im going to do one soon and ill send you a link if you want to.
nahh all i have seen with sunroofs on xj's is they leak and rust out so i would rather not, ill just take the doors and the hatch off in the summer for some extra air flow lol...or when i tip the back into a tree ill just chop it and that will be just as good as a sunroof
some pics from playing around at my cousins, i took some vids too....there will be more this afternoon we are going to the creek =]
