Did a bit more work on the bumper. Got the rear frame channel caps cut out, then figured out I built one of the mounting brackets backwards. So the rest of the night was spent cutting the bracket apart and re-welding it in the correct orientation...



Also, I picked up this gem last week. 1966 Stevens M416. Original and Solid, just needs paint love.

Plan is a complete rehab, add steel bumpers & side steps, make a lightweight lid, and spring-over with 33s. I'll be starting a separate build thread for this project.

yea i've been looking for a while now. Everything i found was in worse shape for 1000-1200.
