The front dana 60. Painted it to stop rust. Still have to weld on the upper mount and cut unnecessary stuff

More looks at the front bumper. In other news, my chassis brackets are in.

So my question is why a dodge 60? Unit bearings and cad are two things i wouldn't want.

Askingforit: I got the original JK steel underbumper and drilled holes in it. Then I bolted it to the stock XJ bumper brackets.

Jarrett: the dodge axles are much easier to come by here in Florida. Also much more affordable. In the future I'll be doing the Ford knuckle swap using the numerous TTB axles everywhere. I'll also get a 1piece axle shaft from a ford or newer dodge when that happens. Also the dodge axles have the pumpkin centered a bit more which makes installing the coil brackets much easier. I'm also reusing the lower control arm mounts.
