Just put in a call to my local Fastenal. They have the 7/8 drill bit I need, but they close at 5, I won't be off til 5:30 or 6.

The guy offered to drop it off on his way home.

Great customer service.

When you drill them out, will you take a picture directly over the hole so I can see how much material is left?

UTK or OTK?

Finally made time to do a little work on my XJ.

Nothing crazy, spent maybe 20 min on it, but that's better than nothing.

Thanks, I'm not exactly moving fast, but I'm not really in a hurry. I love this thing, and having something to work on when I've got free time is awesome.

Because I like the "China 802" that's stamped onto it haha.

This. I am gonna have a coworker's husband media blast it for me so I can paint it all nice and purdy. My wire wheel wouldn't get into all the cracks.

There are "upgraded" tstat housings that allow more flow. I honestly didn't realize this one was off a 258, it came with the truck when I bought it.
