Project budget "cut"
Bought the xj with 4.5 aal and 31/10.50 at's and no exhaust. Drive it for a while the gas went up against and I bought a Honda to dd and decide to start cutting on the jeep. I decide to do a stretched wheel well and wheelbase, chop top, relocate gas tank, and who knows why else is to come. Here are a few pics to get the thread started
How I bought it minus the front doors
Rough cut
Cut front fender
Cleaning the cuts up with body saw
Putting inner fender back
Mock up on roof
Quarter template
More pics to come as I make progress.
Future plans are stretch wheel base 4-5 inches
36 inch tsl's
Paint and wheels
All plans are subject to change and all plans are following a strict budget.

A few updates
Also replaced pinion bearings in front diff. Got the few rust holes I had welded up. And done some seam sealing. Still gotta finish fitting the hatch and make up some sort of latch for it.(accepting ideas). Then paint and bed liner. Just waiting to find some money. Lol
