Thanks man, I really like how your jeep looks, I'm trying to get roughly the same look. How much did you have to bumpstop front and rear? My original bumpstops are just gone
So I have nothing....

Thanks man. As for the bumpstops, im still working on those. Cash has been short latley so i havent gotten to do much. The rear i have those bumpstopm plates and i think im gona have to add 1" of hockey puck or get new bumpstops. I think im just gona get new bumpstops because mine are pretty dry rotted. And in the front im gona get the daystar bumpstops and add hockey pucks. Not sure how much though.

At that height, a midarm 4 link would be fine. Im sure it would do all that you ever needed. I looked at the kit you had posted a link to, I looked kind of quick but I didnt see anything that would support the upper link. even with that plate on the frame, there is a ton of force on the upper arms and with no support they just leverage the lower brackets.
again, i maty have missed it but that would be my only concern.
I HAVE seen similar setups fail with no support.

Just thought I would chime in on this^^^^.
I completly understand the concern that you have about the upper mount. I have had zero issues with any of the mounts I have built(Including the first set) Thay did get an extra little gusset after I built the first set, just because I had the same concern as you.
I now run a full length hudfab long arm kit on my jeep as I am running close to 8 inches of lift these days. Zero probs with them either.
Keep up the good work OP. Its good to see someone do thier homework before they rush into a build!!

And then hopefully a tc skid from jcr offroad for my birthday!
So yeah, thats the update for now. Might rig up some mirrors for when i have my doors off later this week. Oh, and found a new place to play around. I was doin good until i hit this big rut and completly bottomed out. As in my tc crossmember was sitting on the ground. So i had my dad come pull me out and of course, he had to give it a go. And he dident get any farther than i did. Haha it was fun though!

You can see where my diff stopped. Haha

This is what i found on the front bumpstop from Daystar.....thought you might want the measurement.
KJ09101Bk with a 2” mounting cup
KJ09114BK with a 1.5” mounting cup
Btw, love your build!

So no real updates but today i took off the tc drop. Figured i dident need it anymore since the rear settled down a little since i lifted it. Also measured for front and rear bumpstops. I only need 3.5" in the front and another .5" in the rear. And the front is the measurment from the coil bucket on the axle to the bumpstop perch, not the bumpstop itself. Thats all i got for now! Big plans for the end of this month/begining of next month!

Busted, Those are the hydro 8000. I dont have alot of experence with shocks so i can say if there are good or bad. There not bilsteins, but they get the job done. My rough ride comes from my horrible shackle angle.
Ct67_72, they stop my tire 1/2" before it hits the fender.
