nice. get some of those gas mileage mods on it. to get the most out of it.
and when you get bigger tires on the 4 door, i'd be interested in those wheels/tires to replace the 2 I've damaged.....
definitely look forward to seeing this thing get built up.

Thanks Rob, that makes two of us. I'll let you know as soon as the rims and tires go up for sale. The tires are literally brand new. 100% tread left lol.
I brought it to my mechanic buddy at work to help me diagnose a knocking upon startup and shut off, as well as during acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear. She needs a new passenger side motor mount and a transmission mount. That's next on my list.

the mounts shouldn't be too hard to replace.

Today I ordered the following:
Motor mounts and transmission mount
Rear yoke (chrysler 8.25) and u joint
I am still trying to find a battery tie down for less than $25. Looking forward to popping these parts in and hopefully getting rid of all the clunking, as well as passing MD state inspection lol.

All parts have arrived! I also ordered a custom shift **** from American Shifters, looking forward to popping that bad boy on. Hopefully I can get all parts in by the end of this week.
There is a small oil leak, either from the oil pan or the rear main. I'll get that figured out as well, put a new gasket and seal in there, and she'll be like new... sort of lol.

Finally a decent update. Nothing major, but:
Installed my shifter ****, woohoo

And did the motor mounts and tranny mounts today. I used this guide as a reference:
http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/...tor_mounts.htm
I did the driver's side motor mount first. I was hesitant to put much pressure on the bottom of the oil pan with the jack and piece of wood, so the bolt was a pain in the *** to get out. The passenger side was much easier, because I jacked up the engine a bit more based on how much I had to jack it up to get the holes to line up on the driver's side.
Driver's side. This was the one that was broken.

This is also the driver's side from underneath, looking from the front of the Jeep, toward the rear.

Where to support the transmission for the transmission mount.

Old vs. new transmission mount.
