Finally got my rear hatch floor fabbed up

I have some extra metal left over. Cold rolled 16 guage. If anyone wants something fabbed up let me know I can give you a quick quote. (Just did a heat shield for my friends jeep

Gas tank goin in! Had to get some carraige bolts and bend the head for the tank bolts

Mine were completely swiss-cheesed and mortar shelled, but not totally gone. Yikes. Glad you fixed her, dude.

What pushed me to get rid of the '91 I had was the condition of the floorpans and actual frame where the front leaf spring perches weld up. Totally ruined. I'm not a welder by any means. Doesn't mean I wouldn't like to learn, but not on a project like that where good welds and workmanship are critical. Better just to sell it to whoever could make that particular XJ work for them and move on to something solid.
