If you don't use a lot of throttle, you'll be just fine. I like to throttle mine a LOT. And with 3.55 you wont be putting as much torque to break. You'll be fine! And steering plain and simply sucks *** withoout hydro. Lemme rephrase... there isn't any steering.

well power wise yeah the 3.55 suck but the idea is to teach the GF how to build it and wheel it. so hydro will be bought and the rig may stay 3 wheel drive until then.
sorry for all the quesions but also on your long arms do you remember the lengths you cut?

Nope questions are good! And I cut and reused the stock ford radius arms.

It was 29 inches. But I coulda benefited from them bein a jair longer

thank you for all the info. cant wait to get mine going getting the cutting torch tomorrow to scrap the other chasis. going to cut the rear inner fenders out for custom tubs to fit the 37s on the project.
any sugestion on other things i might salvage from it?

basically i have one chassis stripped on axles and the other is down stripped and lay on the ground. i though about the rear inner fender would save me fab time on builind new tubs for the rear

Yeah that would be a good idea. I'd keep the power steering box too. And radiator. And the engine, tranny, tcase...

yeah have takin every bolt on part off of the scrap jeep. might cut the front bump stops off also incase i cane use those
