Thank you for you service. Im with 91laredo on this, i can only do SAR for now. maybe CSAR in my future as soon as highschool is done. PJ's kick ***
Sounds like you have everything planned out. But one thing you should know is, XJ's cant do a body lift. its a unibody which means its body and frame is one. Cant be seperated. But you can do a cheap budget boots which consists of a spacer for up front and shackles for the rear
And the SAR me and 91 do is all volunteer, which in a way kinda sucks but its well worth it when you save someone's life

Ok, So here is some info & pictures of the Jeep that is awaiting my return home!
94 Auto 4x4 with 210K (Not worried about the Motor just needs to last a year maybe 2)
The lift is crap soooo I will be doing the RC 4.5 with Add a leaf in the rear (Any thing needed for the rear coil over conversion?? I may go this route since I have the money)
Power everything but locks... went out. I am guessing a easy fix. Not too worried.
MT Wheels 33x12.5 Buckshots and Homebrew Bumpers... looks good hope they hold up!
Now Pictures!!

^^^^ Yeah.... He crushed the Fender and the flair, but he said he fixed it... so we will see... but if not its a excusse to get tube fenders
