Gonna be a slowish one and I'm not much on taking pictures as I work because I dont want to get the camera dirty and get killed by the wife, so it will be more of a build log than a build thread...
All I had done in these two pics was the axle swap, lights, and 3" blocks to keep it from rubbing on a road trip we took. Blocks are going bye bye as soon as I make it to the junkyard to pick up some s10 leafs for a bastard pack. Shooting for 3" lift.

Over the last couple days I have been working on the front doorless mod. Still need to get plugs to plug off the door and the body where the rubber boots went.
Speakers are under dash, forgot to take pics of that before I put it in, but it's really simple to do.
Plans for the next few weeks:
-lift. will consist of Bronco coils (keep opinions to yourself) and bastard pack
-get some 15" steel wheels to mount my 33" Bighorns on
-bedline from top part of lower body line down
- A Pillar light mounts that don't require putting holes in the pillar
- Fender trim

Well what the heck? No love for my POS? Maybe this update will stir up some interest?
I have been working on my A-Pillar light brackets. These are a prototype of the brackets that I will be going into production with soon. So far I have the passenger side almost done, just need to add one more brace and paint it. These do not require drilling any holes whatsoever.

Welcome!! Keep working on the updates. People will trickle in. Save a little coin and buy you a good lift kit. The bastard packs and weird spring combos usually wind up getting replaced anyways.

Put the Bronco springs in today. also made some BPE's for the front while I had everything apart. Used the shocks off the bronco as well because they were in better shape and 2" longer. The BPE's moved my shock pivot point up around an inch and I put a 1/2" spacer between the shock shaft and the upper mount to make the shaft of the shock think it was 1/2" longer. All together between the spacer, BPE, and shock, the shock setup is 3.5" longer than stock. The Bronco coils gave me 3.5" of lift, so it worked out perfectly.
Cannot comment on the ride yet, I will do that later tonight when my wife gets home to watch the kids or tomorrow morning. I can say that it takes a little less pressure to push down on the fender and compress the springs than say a 90's chevy 1500.
I left the swaybar off as well, I figured with the springs being stiffer, I would see how I like it without it.

And why the #*@& is everyone ignoring my build thread? It may be slower than some but almost every build thread has people every day asking for updates, even when all that has been done prior to that is ainting the trim or tinting the taillights?

Bronco spring update:
I like it. It rides like a truck now, not like a car anymore... which honestly I think is why people complain about these springs so much. I think that they are used to the car-like ride and putting truck springs in it stiffens it up. I even took it down an old railroad bed (tracks and ties are removed, VERY rough) and I liked the way it handled and took the bumps. got up to almost 30, front stayed smooth and the rear started bottoming out so i slowed down...

I still haven't finished the brackets and wired them up. trying to come up with an easier way to build them to speed production up. Less cutting/welded would mean less money spent on consumables, which means cheaper product for the consumer. I am also considering stepping the material up to 3/16 or 1/4 inch. I have noticed a lot of vibration while driving and I think stepping up the material thickness would really cut down on this.

forgot to mention that the Jeep emblems on the header panel and the hatch will soon say -deep- (with the lines beside them) as soon as I get a chance to go to the junkyard and buy 2 more p's. Will be a joking water level indicator lol

Well, since apparently nobody is interested in my build, I guess I will just continue to update this for ****s and giggles. I got my 33's mounted up about an hour ago, no pics yet because I cannot get the beads on the fourth one to seat no matter how hard I try. Used ether to seat them, the three that seated popped right on first try, the fourth one just lights on fire
Lmao love the grill. Im a ford, (86 mustang) chevy (98 camaro) and jeep (94 cherokee) guy but thats just funny.
How did you go about taking the doors off? Trimming the bottom of the hinges or taking them off all together?

on the hinges I just knocked the pins out with a long punch and am using some 1/4 inch rod bent into a 90* angle as my pins.
Here's a pic with the 33's mounted up. Balanced them with .25 gram airsoft BB's. Did the math and 908 of them made the 8 ounces that I found online that I needed. It's smooth up to about 65. I see no reason to drive a Jeep on with no swaybars over 55, so I'm good!

Driving through some water when we went to try out the 33's. this was just as we entered the water, wife took the pic, she thought this was deep. The water ended up being up to the top of the bumper in the middle of the hole. 2" deeper and we would have been dead in the water. Time to finish that snorkel setup and get it on before something happens. Don't hate on my pink pool noodle inner fender. Told my wife to pick me up a pool noodle after work and this was what she came home with. Doesn't bother me.
