OK, got my starter, a/c compressor, drier, and expansion block. Vacuumed it down and charged. With my ZJ alternator, I had the a/c going the aux electric fan, lights and high beams on radio blaring, wipers, fan on high, and emergency flashers, and it was holding at 14.01 V, with .02 A/C Volts. Man, I am moving up in the world....

Ok, just got back from pick and pull. Got a fan shroud for the old pit, also I got a new fan clutch from CarQuest, but it still creeps up over 210 when i'm slowing down, not near as bar as before, but it just does creep over 210 when idling. I am going to get the HD fan clutch ordered monday and if that doesn't work i'm gonna put a 3 core radiator in it. Also keep in mind I have a 180 t-stat in this thing. One day I may have this thing straightened out!!

Well, had to go back to pick and pull to help a buddy out, he needed a 700R4 to build. While we were out there I scoured for an armrest for mine, or a complete center console from an 00 or 01, but none at all in the yard. I did spy a 8.25 29 spline w/ rear discs though, and scored a set of front axle shafts from a ZJ w/ the larger u-joints!!

Do those axle shafts go right in? Or do you need different hub or anything? My u-joints are shot and might as well find the bigger ones if they will go right in.

As far as I know the axle shafts and brakes from a ZJ are a swap in.

I put on new shocks, a new radiator (stock), got a dakota rear brake hose (direct fit), and ram van front hoses, not so direct fit. I also discovered after trying to bleed my brakes, I have no rear brake. There is no fluid going back there!!!

Ok, axle swaps starting tomorrow. Also going to do a cowl induction I hope, maybe hood vents. Also got a "HD" fan clutch.

Well the HD fan clutch does not fit. I got the rear axle in, but ran out of energy for the front. After getting the rear axle in I went to put new u-joints in the drive shaft, discovered that the drive shaft is fubar. I am now researching hack and taps.
