...just out of curiosity.. did you buy this after I posted the craigslist ad for it in the hilarious craigslist thread?

the camo actually doesn't look bad. I just thought the tires looked ridiculous. Good luck with it!

Wouldn't know about the post on here, I joined after I got it to buy some spacers, hehe. Yeah they did the tires and all too, they are about as slick as onion skins on the tread, but new ones will be soon. gonna go 16x8's and either 265-70 or 75-16's. Seeing as 31's are all but dead and gone, and metrics are cheaper on prive by about $10 a tire.

Well spoke to 4 wheel parts today, they said my shackles and all are being drop shipped from the mfg. It'll be middle of next week before I get 'em. Looks like I am going to have to go the JY route on a lot of my front end stuff esp the control arms, gonna get 'em from a WJ I reckon. $30 a pop at the jy, 75 each new, which at that price I can buy better ones. looks like i'm gonnna go with rustys steering package, the adjuster, and the drivers side setup. Also go with adjustable upper arms. I have a question though, at only 2" of lift will I need to get an adjustable track bar, or can I redrill it. I saw the write up on redrilling and he had in the range of 3" and only had to move it an inch, would I move mine the same, if it's less i'd rather just go ahead and get an adjutable.

I got my shackles in, and now I have my spacers too. I haven't gotten around to putting them in yet, after working on stuff all day, I don't wanna work on mine. I did however today put in plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, and fuel lines, and O2 sensor. My manifold is cracked, so it will still give a false lean reading, making it run a little rich. I noticed the old plugs weren't too bad, but the cap and rotor were bad. I did notice a running difference though. I also ordered the steering upgrade and a new stabilizer from rusty's, should be in the middle of the week. I guess when it gets in i'll do the lift.

i have 265/70/15's on my '91 w/ 2" bb and there is plenty of room for more tire.....especially if you do a cut-and-fold trim on it

Mine are worn slap out. Track bar has plenty of play in the rod end, and control arm bushings are shot.

I got my steering setup from rusty's on, pics soon I promise. I didn't use the stabalizer they sent me. The bushing wouldn't fit into the axle end, and it had no metal sleeves. My old one felt ok, so i reused it. Steering is muuuch better. The tires make it shake at 60 mph or so. I now even have a radio. I'm working over 12 hrs a day 6 days a week now, so when I get time I will post pics, sorry to be so boring.

Why does no one in my town have mud tires..... this is a hick town, with plenty of mud holes, and hunters, and nooo mud tires hardly. The worse part is I am a wholesaler.......If I went bling I could get 17's and 20's mud tires, but not 16's or 15's....

Ok, after soaking everything in PB Blaster for most of the day I put the truck on the rack, and began the lift and wheel/ tire tire swap. I have to say, longer shocks should have be had, but until I recover from the tires and wheels, they will have to do. I will be upgrading to actual Lift spring and go 1 more inch to a total of 3 on the fron and 3 1/2" on the rear. To do the front lift disconnected the top of the shocks, sway bar from frame, coil holders. We pried the springs right out, and used a floor jack to get about an inch of drop and used my big pry bar to slip the springs right back in, no big deal. Here's some pics I hope!!
