My Green XJ - From Stock to semi built
I figured I would just throw this here.....
I'll update it as I do more stuff to it.
Purchased for $1700 in 12/2010 looked like this:
Had some fun off roading in it's stock form, but there are a lot of trails it just couldn't do.
When we bought it, the tires were pretty worn. So a couple of weeks ago I put these on:
31x10.5x15 with stock wrangler wheels (off road tires are WAY more expensive then a lot of really good street tires)
About a week later I was rear ended by a guy not paying any attention:
Also slid me into the person in front:
I got a $1700 payout (yes, I paid the same amount for the whole car lol)
So being a "car" guy, upgrades are necessary!!!! And this is what I'm getting!
Everything is ordered, just waiting....
RE 3.5" With leaf packs - ordered
DT8000 Shocks - ordered
Rigidfab FbLtd front bumper - ordered
Nates 4x4 rear bumper - Delivered
RC Track bar -Delivered
RC Steering stabilizer - Delivered
RE Transfer case drop - ordered

That looks like Rocky Gap trail...
