Ii hit a bump at like 25 and up and it starts. So I don't know exactly but if I'm over 25 and hit a bump it goes out.
No not yet I think I broke a tre so I was going to get it then do a alignment.

DW can be caused by just about anything being sloppy or misaligned in the steering or suspension system. If you are driving around with a broken TRE that is very likely the bulk of the problem.

8.25 has drums...

I love my 8.8 so far, but if I had started with an 8.25 I wouldn't have bothered to upgrade. I still don't have parking brake cables.

Mountain Offroad has a set for like $125. And there are people in the forums who have modified their existing cables to work.

C8.25 can have disc brakes, direct from a Liberty. F8.8 can also have disc brakes, as the one in the bed of my Comanche does. D44 can also have rear disc, as the one I'm building will before I install it.

Just for the record.

Also, the strength the C8.25 and F8.8 both depend on what year and what vehicle they're from.

That also gives you disc brakes and possibly a Limited Slip Differential.

I'm thinking 8.25 close strength and less Fab. I don't want to put a ton of fab in to a light axle and I can get a matching gear ratio 8.25 for a xj that needs a pinion seal and thats it for 75!
