Hey just wondering how you sprayed the wheels. Did you just leave the tires and everything on the axle and just tape it up and spray like that or what?

For my set of 31x15s, I took the wheels completely off. I liked this way better because I was able to spray a few coats more evenly & see what needed to be covered a bit easier.

Alright CF, I'm back. Thanks to our member wildbill1, I have acquired another XJ. This one is gold and has 140k & an Aussie installed in the 8.25. Also has roughly a 2" lift, unsure of the rear leaf packs, but the front coils are from a V8 ZJ. Black factory wheels with 30x9.50 Treadwrights. Might leave this one the way it is, but we'll see if I can keep my hands off of it. Already painted the grill & headlight bezels black and installed an old CB I had from my past build. Just bought some F&R Weathertech liners, pretty solid fitment actually. Two Timken hub assemblies & Moog ball joints are also on their way.

In time, maybe. I don't think I'm going to go crazy with this one. Maybe some discos, an SYE, armor, and an OME 2" lift.. Should be decently capable The spring rate on these ZJ springs is pretty high iirc, pretty rough. I will be driving it daily, especially as the winter rolls through, that's why it'll be getting new hub assemblies here shortly; otherwise it's been maintained really well.
