My 1998 Black XJ (The King)
Ok, here we go. I bought this Cherokee back in September. The 27th of 2010 to be exact haha. I had the greatest Rottweiler named Kingston that passed real young because he had lymphoma. He was HUGE and a beast at 155 lbs, so we nicknamed him the King. Anyways, this is my build.
Here are some pics, most aren't the greatest, but I needed to take pictures on the first day.

When I purchased it, the rear hatch didn't work, along with some other issues that I have been working on/ have fixed already. (Cleaned the IAC, replaced water pump, rebuilt factory fog light switch)

After taking these pics I decided I wanted to VHT the side markers, tail lights, etc.
Sorry for the bad picture. I will take a better one and a full one tomorrow.

Most recently, thanks to VAXJCOUNTRY and his write up, I was able to rebuild my fog light switch and get my fogs running again. Before, I checked all the fuses and what not, but couldn't find a solution. Anyways, the rebuild was super easy and took no time at all.

It was very easy. I just cleaned up the tails and markers, then taped off the reverse lights, and sprayed away. I did three even coats. I think I waited 10 minutes in between the coats, but wasn't too difficult at all. Some people recommend throwing a clear coat over it, but I never did. And they've held up very nicely.
