My 1996 Build
Alright bought this jeep off my uncle pretty good shape for what I thought at least, engine runs fine only had a little over 2xx,xxx miles on it plus I really needed a ride. So my dad doesn't like the idea of any lifts so that's why I am only on a inch and a half lift right now I am ordering a three inch lift here soon because I am really tired of only a inch and a half .
When I first got it
Next thing i went and got done is a bumper from a guy off this forum that lived in Huntington, WV but soon I am going to get one that I really like
On my way down to Huntington
Next step was fixing the drivers side fender that had a big dent in it and replace the bumper.
Next my budget lift came in I like it and all except for that fact that it's not big enough!
Putting it on was a lot of fun broke all four rear shock bolts
Front is done
And when I was putting on the rear shackles i found something that could of went bad very quickly.....one side is gone so putting this lift on actually saved me!
And when we where putting the holes in the floor to replace the rear shock bolts we stumbled upon surprise
I will be replacing all that in the summer same if any of the floors are rusted out along with the rocker panels
Anyway here are some flex pics
And flex pics with my new tires General Grabbers AT'2
No flex just a poser shot
Now some muddin pics you can probably tell which ones my jeep is stock and which ones aren't stock.
And most recent pic.
Planning on getting more new stuff like new rims bigger lift and XJ Tailbone then I will be please with it and when summer rolls around fix all the rust and bed liner inside and underneath

Nice jeep, pretty sure it's the same color as mine. For some reason I've never seen alot of those either on this forum or on the road. Not a popular color I guess!

Forgot this too RC said that you don't need sway bar extensions but you do your sway bar will rub against you coil springs so i decided to get rid of mine for the time being and being used to it now I don't know if I will put it back on....but I probably will when I get a bigger lift

Three inch RC lift order with extended brake lines both front and rear and along with a adjustable track bar with new leaf spring bushings and a new set of rims so now it's just time before the brown man is at my door and i know no ones seems to like RC but I do.
