Forgot to add but I got this stuff a few weeks ago. Put it on JF build
KOR rad support. Im selling this to my boy paul for his ZJ. Ill make one outta MONEL its a much stronger steel. Hard to bend but I got the right stuff to do it.

Oh so I wanted to put this as well. In the last idk 2 months my jeep went from looking like this


Yes thats a 31 back there.
To this
My homemade lift. 4in front 3.5 back. Used xj 4in coils in front and spacer with a F>R swap.

TO THIS

Back saggy from 400lbs of junk haha.

4.5in IRO coils RC front lowers RE front uppers(Not on yet) IRO Rear lowers. Stock uppers (lame) JKS rear adj trac bar. RC front trac and bracket. Pro comp shocks Bar pin eliminators on the bottom. I have top ones to but Ill need to get another set of rear shocks for that so Im not worried to use them yet.


What you guys think. 33s? 31s?

Built and regeared an 8.8 in class. Pics



Inside



Remove old ring and install new. Same with pinion no pics of that.



take your pinion shim.measurment



Now its finshed and installed.

Monday ill check pattern. My preload is .286 Left abd .266 right. Backlash is .013 specs is .010-.015

Man am I buggin. I need this lady to call me back with how much my ins is. WTF takes soo long. left 2 messages this week no reply. think anyone would say im on vacation if they are? Guess not. Have to try again next week. I really need to wheel. I have wheel envy hahaha.

Anyways going to order the beaver step from smittybilt. Will allow me to reach my rack that im looking to get and I can use it as a tow point. Sweet. Also looking for a front mounted hitch to use my Smitty D ring in.

Just test drove the.heep after 2.5yrs of sitting. Did good I thought. My exhaust is rattling adgenst the.gas tank.heat shield. And.i cant go.over.about 40. So I found some square stainless steel. And ill redrill two holes in the middle and make a tcase drop till I get rear uppers. took one.bolt out and will get longer ones at work.

If I.measured.corretly hard to see at.night. I need the hole centers to be 2.5in apart? Correct me if im wrong please.

Well guys. I got my second test drive in. I fixed the vibe with a temp homemade tcase drop. Its made out of Monel. Wont rust or wear. Its 1in. Helped soo much. Oh I also put my spare on it. Its a full size from my ranger. Hmmm I need tires. Getting AR venturas from my buddy paul either tomorrow or next week. Then 31s

Here she sits in the sonic parking lot.

Also stopped and put 10 bucks worth of gas in her. Gas is 3.17 at this station. Pretty cheap.





Found out I need a blub near my fuel. It just went dead.
Oil sendor hasnt worked for idk yrs so Ill put a new one in later.

My check engine light keeps coming up. UGH. One thing though no codes. Just reads done. WTF.

Also did alignment. I have the specs. Not too sure how I drove it b4 hahaha.
