Ok. So I.need a front axle. it wineing and cluncking and not working. So plz help me out. I have 200 to who.ever has one with 3.55s. Hp30 with abs. Thanks guys.

Got myself one of these today. HP30 has 3.55 ratio. Soo ill hold off on the gearing a little longer. Want a d44a. They have a 5.9 which ill go back next week if its still there for.
100 bucks pull it yourelf. I like that cause I asked what else is 100. He said if you take it yourself its 100. Axles,Trans,Motors. What a deal.






Going to clean it up. Paint it and roll it under my jeep. While its off Ill do 2 new u joints even though it dosent need them ill just do them. Ill put new rotors on too. Ill pro changed the fluid and go syn. Ill also do the hockey puck bump stop mod and the droop mod.

 

Going to get a d44 thursday or monday. Ill have to get matching gears for the d44 and d30. Im thinking 4.56s

 

On the 96 HP30 were the sway link bolts welded in place ?lo.l My impact gun could not get it to turn. It look like the bolt is welded in place on the tread side or it just rusted that good. Guess I will be grinding it off. I spayed them up maybe tomorrow Ill try again with the gun. Weird..

Hello HP30



In just a few Hrs I was done. Just had to put the trac bar on and tighten everything down. Its all down now. I also made 4 trips to AZ they kept selling me the wrong tie rod ends. Idiots over there. Also, I need a new draglink. My ball joint on the drag link broke. Also got two new Kumo Rd ventures MTs from my buddy.

 

Took it for a ride. Here a wosh noise so I think my brake dust shield is rubbing. Also, now I heard some like weird noise pulling in my driveway when I was turning kinda weird. Im thinking PS. pump is leaking.

 

Did my brakes today. I now need rotors. that was my grinding nosie. One of the pads cracked. Cheap AZ brakes. Goodthing I got a newset for free. Im going to fix the cailpers from the hp30 and paint them one of my calipers the piston is missing a chunk.


Also, im not running my sway links. I havent notice a difference in control too much except on off ramps at 40. But I dont drive them much.

 

So. Jeeps been doing good. Ive also been talking. Once I grad college in may and start working ft. Im going to get a newer rubi wrangler. 06/07 or a 2011. Manual of course. I want somthing new and if ny gf being 200miles away for school to.get her PHD ill need something with very low miles. What you guys think?


Youll see it in the fs section as my school comes to an end.
