Replaced the TPS today, the jeep runs so much better. It however has no gears whatsoever including park lol. So i have to get that replaced asap. I need to borrow the trailer and get it upto one of my fellow club members who has my replacement trans and is putting it in for me. cost of trans and labor... $450.

Rough Country's winch plate

However i may return the plate when it gets here, an opportunity to get an ARB bumper has presented itself for cheap, so i may go that route.

The 42RE that is the OEM trans sucks in the ZJ,TJ,LJ as does the other variants of the chrysler engineered trans(44RH/RE,46RH/RE etc...), my solution to that issue is swapping in an AW4 from an XJ/early ZJ. I have already located the trans, AW4 ZJ shifter, AW4 ZJ shift cable, and i ordered the RAdesigns Rail II Manual transmission controller so i can shift the trans without wiring in a TCM. I am hoping that my shifter, the RADesigns controller and the cable are here soon enough as i want to work on other things that are waiting for this Jeep like the HPD30 that i got for free, the D300 transfer case that i am flipping, putting 4:1 gears in and twin sticking. Oh and not to mention the 8.8 swap lol.

I wonder why i bothered making a build thread...
But my Viair Air Source showed up today. It's tiny compaired to the OBA setup i sold a while back, its a 2gal tank with a 150psi 2gal setup, should do pretty good up to a 35" tire.

The compressor setup is actually tiny as hell(roughly 21" in length) so it opens up a ton of mounting places but it will most likely be on the driver side of the cargo area. And Thanks Neal. At least there is a few that are looking at this thread. I just need the Jeep back from getting teh AW4 swapped in to mount all the parts, figure out wiring the switch panel and fuse box.

Ya 21" isnt too bad. Should fit back there nicely. On board air is always a good thing! Hopefully you post some pictures after you mount it. Curious to see how this turns out.
