now for the bumper to finish, so i though the half inch mounts were too much, so i got a 8" by like 20' plate of what i thought was qaurter inch but really was 3/8th i think, so i made new bumper mounts and torched the holes out, also to add my old torch was messing up so i bought a new harbor freight one, i got it that morning and turns out it was broken and so i went back exchanged it and wow this torch is sooo much better than my last one, i thought it was me sucking on the cutting but really i just had a bad torch so here are the pics now
i replaced the two front bolts with 1/2inch grade 8 and left the rest the same for now
this is the plate i used, half of it and the other half
torch box, this torch really made me happy, i was even telling my girlfriend all about it
other side mount

the front bar is 2x4 .25 wall, i wanted to be able to hit something and destroy what i hit
the sides were tricky so i just cut out three different pieces, by this time came around i was sooooo tired, i had been working on this bumper for four or five hours straight, it takes a whole day to do, so here are some pics of what i got im sorry for not taking enough pics
shackle mounts!! these are half way welded in and look they hold up the whole front end!!
yes the tire is off the ground
here it is before bondo and paint, the welds sucked cus of rusty metal so i used some bondo which i need to redo
yep finsihed it at like ten at night, started at nine in the morning went till about nine at night
also i took out two leafs from my leaf packs and added a main leaf and second leaf from an 80's ford ranger pack, i would def recommend getting leafs from these, only two leafs and this is what i got
from this(look at the lift in the rear
to this!!! what a big improvement, i didnt think it would lift it that much
also i painted my bulbs, do you think pink and yellow turnsignals are legal?!?!
also finished a crappy roof rack to sell for some quick cash
and some parking lot flex!! i didnt mean to do this but oh well i like it
thats how it is now
idk y i dont have pics of the bumper finished on the camera but i will get some, i put in those baja lights with some tabs on the bumper, they look great, but i cant figure out the wiring on them and y i keep blowing fuses

try running bigger wire for the lights. 100 watts per light is a lot of juice to be pulling. Thats 200 watts through a small wire. You need a 17amp fuse, the closest your going to find to that is a 20 amp. that 20 amp fuse is the inline with the 12v wire running to the relay. Because of that, I would run a thicker wire, probably 14 guage.
