I added a cheap mod, looks somewhat ghetto, but it's a work in progress. I picked up an extra hood for $20 and drilled a bunch of 3" holes in it. I also took the paint off of the sides and just clearcoated the bare metal. It looks a lot meaner, and should keep everything a little cooler.

Crazy how good MPG you're getting. I didn't even get that before my lift with brand new tires, intake, injectors and upgraded TB.

Not a fan of what you did to the hood, but its cool to see something different.

And just like that, it's gone. Some douche couldn't stop and plowed into me at a stop sign going 50mph. The front axle is toast, and i'm pretty sure the unibody is bent because the hatch wouldn't close.

Ok, I picked up another XJ, this one is a 1999 with lower miles, already lifted, with a Smittybilt tire carrier. I threw on a bumper from The Flop Shop, and my old winch. I just recently put a Currie Steering setup, and it's amazing! I'm also getting 4.88's again next week!

Spent a bunch of money today. Got some flat fender flares and a Powertrax No-Slip on the way from Rocky Road Outfitters. Hopefully between finals and end-of-semester projects, I can get this all done!

Finally got my fender flares put on the front, and got the Powertrax installed today! Taking it up tomorrow to see how all this new stuff works!
