Update: 9/26/16

It's been awhile and not much with the xj has changed. I got a promotion at work, so I've been super busy with that.

All I've been able to get accomplished is the rear locker installed, brake lines, brakes, and e-brake cables. As of now that's all that's going into the rear axle. I also moved at the beginning of September and the xj is in its new resting spot, I pulled the front axle, fixed the axle side track bar mount and painted the center and tubes. Once I get the axle back in and pull the knuckles off to do the ball joints and the shafts out to do the ujoints and tube seals I'll go ahead and paint the knuckles and the C's. Until then here are a few pictures.

Getting her onto the trailer sucked, the zj didn't like pulling her either.

The new shop is 20x40 with power and a working air compressor, I just have to plumb everything for it, then I can invest in some air tools.

Haven't been on here in 8 years

Life happens and the blue XJ found it's final resting place in a junkyard because I found a good deal on an MJ. The ZJ also had water freeze in the block in like, 2017-2018. Cut my losses on that and due to a debilitating injury I did not buy another Jeep for sometime. I bought a Focus hatchback that ended up getting totaled from rear-ending an Xj, and one of my best friends, of all things

Then I found myself if a 3rd gen Tacoma, moved across the state for a job and am finally healthy again. This year a good deal on an XJ fell in my lap (I can't believe how expensive these things have gotten). It's a '95 Two door, manual with all manual options as well, bone stock, 142k on it and I bought from the 2nd owner who had for 14 years. It was garage kept and under a cover. I'll post photos of it sometime. I'm undecided on if I'm keeping it or will post it on BaT and use the funds to finally get the MJ going (it's in my field, hasn't ran since I got it, needs a motor and a lot of work) or I'll start buying parts to 1-Ton SAS the Tacoma. I'm undecided. I might hold off until I make it back out to Wyoming. We'll see.

Figured I'd say hey again
