3" Rough Country lift, tires are too wide so now we are ordering spacers for it. Suggestions welcome!!

It looks good like it is. Why do you say the tires are to wide? Spacers would make them stick out farther.

Tires are 265 75R16's (almost 32") and when you turn real sharp it rubs the sway bar, but only if I turn really sharp, road curves seem to be okay. What size spacers you think I need?

Shouldn't need too much, but make sure you get the strongest spacers you can find. Spacers have been known to fail catastrophically when put under more than DD stress.

Well... We had to cut the bolts holding the lower arms from the body. We dropped the tracking arm and that allowed the front axel to drop enough to slide out old springs and insert new without compression. Also let loose the brake calibers. Both anti-sway connects snapped at the bolts and had to be replaced.

This only took about 7 hrs to figure out.

All shock upper bolts snapped in the rear. Had to fab a mounting plate with bolts welded in place for each and weld into place. All told it was about 15 hrs of fun. 3 trips to auto parts and bolts supplier. Then a quick alignment a few blocks away and she was sweet.

Hope all yours comes apart easier.

Enjoy!
