lift ideas?

lift ideas?
So I have a 1999 cherokee classic in which I'm going to put a new lift kit on, I have a budget but from what I've read, done and experienced I have noted that although addleaf kits r cheaper its a safer bet to go with a spring kit. I plan on puttin 31s and m/t sidebiters on yet does anyone have ideas parents won't let me go over a 3 in lift for safety reasons
