Default Leaf Spring bolts

I'm having problems removing drivers side leaf spring pack, seems like hidden welded nut broke loose, bolt is loosened out 1/2 inch but moves no farther. Tried tie rod fork to apply pressure while turning bolt with socket/cheater bar, heating bolt, much PB, lots of hours over a week of evenings...still can get the bolt out.

Anyone ever drill out the spot welds on the brackets to remove them completely to get to the weld nut rather than cutting in to unibody to access weld nut? I need to do something to get these out... I appreciate any feedback provided.
