How's that going to hold up to dirt and mud? I'm sure it won't be easy to clean.

just the rim and the sidewall. youre supposed to dip the sidewall (to the letters) to get a clean peel around the rim. i prefer the black letters so i extended it and didnt peel it.

I just used note cards when I did my rims but I ditched those quickly, but that definitely looks good! Makes it look like a new tire.

yeah try it next time you get around to it. you only have to do like half to 3/4 of an overlap from the rim to the tire but every time you do a coat on the rim you do a circumference around the tire/rim overlap at least once and then you can peal the dipped tire and it leaves the rim clean and in tact and no overspray on the tire because you intentionally oversprayed to remove it.

I don't like that it holds dirt so much, and wheeling when I had it made it peel off.

I've had my sides and wheels dipped for over a year now with mud and salt all over them. Never had an issue with peeling but yes it holds on to dirt a lot. I found the best stuff to use when cleaning the dip is Turtle Wax spray wax from walmart. Takes the dirt off and leaves it looking like new.
