I just bought a 96 XJ Sport and am putting on a RC 4.5 lift and was also going to go with 33's. I have a friend who is selling his wheels and tires from his JK and was wondering if they will work on my XJ? Do i need to possibly get some adapters or will they rub and stick way out if i do this?

 

You will need adaptors for the bolt pattern, and they will need to be wide enough to keep the wheels from rubbing on the leaf springs. The backspacing on jk wheels is horrible, and may rub with a 12.5 tire

 

Thanks for the info.. I might just buy a set of wheels and go with wheels that i know will fit and not need spacers then.
