Where did you get the mount to convert your IRO arm to an adjustable link?

Finnaly got a fire extinguisher! Lol got it mounted been needing to get one for awhile and finnalllyyyy I have a set date to start on my cage January! It will be done for the BMR!

I thought that's where I got it but it is different i don't remember then but I'm sure they would work just fine!

those are sweet! Hey quick question a little of topic you have been dealing with DOM tubing quite a bit latley is it possible to make your own tie road and drag link basically 1 ton steering and just weld in your own ends?

Yeah that's what I did just get 4 hiems 7/8 or 3/4 with high misalignment spacers with the tube inserts and 1.5 dom 1/4 wall and the grade 8 bolts and your done!

and the size on the hiems won't matter even though I have a d30? Where do you like to order your hiems from?

Also somethings gets welded into the rod end to allow the hiem to adjust to get proper steering alignment right? Sorry for the noob questions but Bette to ask someone with experience then to spend a bunch of money making mistakes lol

You need 3/4" heims on stock D30 knuckles.
Yes, you cut the DOM the length you need and then weld in a bung that is threaded for the heim to adjust.

Check out the Ruffstuff steering kit and look at all the parts on their site.

thank you for the help I was just looking at the their page they have exactly what I'm looking for should I buy one of their heim kits, also if I'm going to do the tie rod and drag link I would order one kit right hand thread which would include 2 and then a left had thread kit which includes 2 total of 4 and then dom tubing? Sound right to you guys?
